Show Cause Notice Under Section 73, 74 and 76 of CGST Act, 2017

Show cause notice is a notice served by the department giving an opportunity for a person to explain with reasons as to why a particular course of action should not be taken against him. No person can be proved guilty without being given an opportunity of being heard.
