Now, Margo Networks is a subsidiary of ZEE but continues to operate independently to achieve the Company's objective of delivering digital content to a billion Indian. Opportunity The company is seeking an Analyst/Sr. Analyst in financial planning and analysis/strategic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality analysis around business performance as well as supporting the commercial business teams in their delivery of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. • The analyst will closely work with FP&A lead and finance controller to model long term financial and commercial strategy and manage the planning and forecasting process. • This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the monthly reporting process and creating collaborative partnerships between Finance and the functional teams to better understand business needs and issues. • Preparing long-range P&L, including organic and in-organic growth drivers, and cash flow models and perform DCF RoI analyses for valuation of the group. The Successful Candidate • CA (Inter/IPCC – Mandatory, Final – Preferable). • Bachelor’s in accounting/Economics/Business Management with 1 to 3 years of Experience in FPnA/Investment Banking/Research/Transaction Advisory/Internal Audit. • The candidate should have experience in creating financial models/annual operating plans, company profiles and investor/management presentations • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; Highly proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel techniques. • Strategic Thinker, who can take decisions or give recommendations basis well thought out, data driven analysis and is as comfortable working independently as with a team.
