True up of revenue and consumption numbers on a monthly basis for financial and Management reporting and getting necessary adjustments done bridging the Gap. 2. Assisting Team Lead in budgeting/ forecast and results review. and in constructing the management reporting framework. 3. Reconciliation of management reporting and statutory books ( inventory/FA/ deferred taxes and dashboards for customer and employee incentive plans)) . 4. Inventory analysis reports showing moving and non- moving stocks and taking action plan accordingly between ERP and Inventory Management System. 5. Customer Master Maintenance and Providing insight to Group Finance Controller on Credit History/terms. 6. Ensuring Direct tax compliances for all group entities 7. Preparation and presentation of Results deck for review of Finance controller. 8. Review basis of provisions, reconciliation of closing provisions and maintain an updated schedule at all points. 9. Payroll Management and reconciliation and processing of Payroll related statutory dues. 10. Incentive Calculation and processing as per Company Incentive policy 11. Assistance to Team lead on MIS Implementation/ Query report construction on Business Data Warehouse. 12. Reconciliation and filing of TDS returns and on time submission of TDS Certificates (Form 16/16A) to the Vendors and employees.
