The candidate should possess the following skills: • Highly committed and a motivated individual who is a self-learner & can work as a team • Strong analytical skills and good at problem solving • Excellent communication skills • Good inter-personal skills • Friendly and people-oriented • A confident and determined approach We look forward to having you as part of our team if you have the below: • 0-2 years of work experience in a relevant finance role doing any of the following: auditing, finalization of accounts and monthly closure, statutory financial statement preparation as per Indian GAAP/IndAS/IFRS/USGAAP etc., preparing MIS reports, financial consolidation of subsidiary accounts, FP&A etc. • Experience of Hyperion Financial Management or any other financial consolidation software will be a plus • Experience of XBRL tagging will be a plus • Experience of having worked in financial product software will be a plus Role • Understand client’s ‘as-is’ manual processes of financial consolidation and reporting • Analyse and Design the ‘to-be’ solution through automation using FinAlyzer • Configure the ‘to-be’ solution on FinAlyzer • Define and document the ‘to-be’ process for the business users post automation • Train the users and guide them through the change adoption process
